HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR THE PHOTO BOOTH?
For setup, we require 10x10 feet space for the backdrop, photo booth, and prop table. A power outlet should be within 15 feet, and the ground must be level. If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter away from sun, rain and wind will need to be provided.

HOW MANY PRINTS CAN GUESTS RECEIVE?
All packages comes with unlimited sessions. The Photo Booth will print out 2 copies of 2x6 prints or 1 copy of a 4x6 print, but guests may reprint for more copies. Note: This only applies to Deluxe and Premium Package.

CAN I USE MY OWN BACKDROP INSTEAD?
Yes, you can use your own backdrop.

WHEN WILL YOU SET UP FOR THE EVENT?
We will set up the Photo Booth about 1.5 - 2 hours before the event starts - this will allow us to test our equipment with ample time and be ready to operate for your event!

HOW EARLY CAN I BOOK FOR MY FUTURE EVENT?
You can book as early as your like if the date is available (Please refer to “Book Us!” tab.) - for last minute bookings that is less the 14 days, please feel free to send us an email at “bookings@saephotos.com” or use our “Contact Us” form to discuss availability.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR ME TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can choose your package and begin to reserve your Photo Booth at “Book Us!” tab on the navigation bar. To lock in your date, a retainer fee of 30% is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance can be paid at anytime at least 15 days before your event. If your event get postponed to a later date, we can apply the payment to a new date at no additional cost depending on availability.

WHAT IS A CUSTOM TEMPLATE?
You will be able to work with us on a design you would like to be printed on the 2x6 or 4x6 for your guests at your event. Being able to customize and tailor the design to your event will make the memories that much more special.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PHOTOS GUESTS CAN TAKE DURING THE EVENT?
There is no limit to the number of photos guests can take. We encourage guests to enjoy our Photo Booth experience to the fullest and capture as many memories as they desire during the event.

WHERE CAN GUESTS ACCESS THE PHOTOS AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS AFTER THE EVENT?
Within 48 hours after the event, you and your guests can access the event photos via our website gallery under “Photo Booth”. The album to your event will be password protected.
